Tuesday 26th August Rang Chris in a panic after discovering a moth infestation. I will be round in 10 mins he said and he was! Had a good look around and explained the treatment he would carry out. We agreed a price. He ordered the chemicals he needed and told me to expect him on Monday and Tuesday at 10.00am. Quick hug and off he goes after 45 minutes tops! Was this unusual? Was I surprised? Chris has been cleaning my Chinese rugs for years now and his service has always been this way, so the answer to the questions was no not a bit. The service is next to none and the quality of the service is a solid 10. Totally trustworthy and always has a smile, nothing is too much trouble and his constant one liner 'I have seen worse' always makes me feel better and 'normal' Chris I know it is only Thursday today but I know what will happen on Monday and Tuesday and I sincerely thank you in advance for doing your magic once again! Chris explained the whole process which will also helps us on a daily basis when the pet accidents occur. Chris was the only company to ask for photos and to ask what treatments we had been using. Chris ended up coming back 3 times and has managed to remove all the stains and all for the original quote.
